I have found the easiest way to bake "hard-boiled eggs"! Turn on oven to 350, put one egg per cupcake hole & bake for 30 minutes. Then dunk them in an ice bath for 10 minutes. Hold the egg under running water when removing the shell. I love this method! I make 2 dozen eggs the day I bring home the groceries & we have hard boiled eggs all week long! My husband loves having them for breakfast before work!
